50s Fall Fest is part of the First Fridays event series in downtown Three Rivers and we’re having Tommy Orr performing live in the Riviera Theatre bar!
Tommy is a local musician who has been playing the piano and sing for decades both here in Michigan and all over the world. In the 80s he played in ‘Pegasus’ and ‘Character’ touring night clubs and other venues in the tri-state area, in the 90s (in addition to various solo gigs) he and his brother became founding members of the Kalamazoo band ‘Townies’ performing original music at Club Soda, Harvey’s, and the State Theatre. In 2001 Tommy began performing as a dueling piano player, and continues in that industry today. His shows have taken him to various night clubs and private engagements around the US including traveling the world performing for the ‘Howl At The Moon’ show on Norwegian Cruise Line as well as performing with the Kalamazoo original band ‘Anomaly’.
50s Fall Fest goes from 5pm to 8pm with a special showing of the 1998 film “Pleasantville” at 8pm here at the Riviera Theatre! (Please click the link for film information.)
